Mr. Mike A. Oyeniyi

Managing Director/CEO
The Management team is led by Mr. Michael Ademola Oyeniyi with over 30 years experience in the Insurance Industry specializing in all aspects of Broking and Clients servicing. He worked briefly in the Pension Division of Great Nigeria Insurance Coy Limited between 1981 & 1984 before proceeding to the University for his first degree studies.
He joined Femi Johnson & Company Limited in 1992 and worked in Corporate Clients Service Division in various branches across the country before his transfer to the International Division in 2004 as Manager operating out of the Lagos Area Office.
Whilst at the international division, he handled the day-to-day servicing of MTN – the largest GSM Telecommunications Company in the country.
Mike who has a reputation for always going extra mile to satisfy his Clients was also the accounts handler for key Companies such as Citi Bank Group, United Parcel Service, Johnson Wax Nigeria Limited, National Eye Centre Kaduna, Plessey Nigeria Limited, Beta System Software Services Limited, etc
Mike left Femi Johnson & Company in 1988 to establish City Covenant Insurance Brokers Limited along with other reputable Nigerian investors and the Company today is a respectable player in the Insurance Industry with a reputation for integrity and professionalism among many Underwriters and Co-Brokers.
Mike is an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and the Nigeria Council of Registered Insurance Brokers. He is a happy family man.
Ojo Bamidele Ezekiel
– HND (Insurance), ACII, ACIB
General Manager/Head Technical
Mr. B. E. Ojo who heads the Technical team started his Insurance career with the Underwriting Department of New Line Insurance Company Limited in 1994. He also worked briefly with Crusader Insurance Nigeria Plc before proceeding for his Higher National Diploma Studies at Lagos State Polytechnic Isolo. He stayed briefly with The Nigerian General Insurance Co Ltd before moving to the broking arm of the Industry with his employment as Assistant Superintendent at Glanvill Enthoven & Co. Nigeria Limited where he worked for 6 years. He was seconded from Glanvills to Mobil Producing Nigeria Limited to handle Mobil Insurance matters in year 2002. After holding sway in Mobil for 3 years, he was recalled to the Head-Office to manage the newly created Oil & Gas Department until he resigned from the Company in 2008 as a Senior Manager.
Mr Ojo also had a stop-over at PSBIL Insurance Brokers Ltd (a division of Profound Securities) before joining City Covenant Insurance Brokers in February 2009 as Head of Technical.
Mr. Ojo is an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and The Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers, He’s married with Children. He is assisted in the Technical arm of the Company by other seasoned and young professionals

Miss Mariam Toyin Adebisi
– Dip. Ins, (ABU), Bsc Insurance, (ABU) Zaria
Executive Support Officer
Miss Adebisi, an Executive Support Officer in the Technical Department is a graduate of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria where she studied Insurance after first obtaining a Diploma Certificate also in Insurance from the same ABU. She worked as an Underwriting Staff at Nicon Insurance Plc where she handled general Underwriting duties including Policy preparation and claim processing. She was also a Clients’ servicing officer in the Gusau branch of Nicon Insurance Plc.
Miss Adebisi moved to the Technical Department of City Covenant Insurance Brokers Limited in January 2021as an Executive Support Officer handling rate negotiation, risks placements, Claim processing and other general Underwriting schedules.
A devout Muslim, a promising, and smart young Professional, Mariam is a student member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN)

Helen Siasia
– HND (Insurance), CIPM.
Account & Admin. Personnel
Miss Helen Timbofa Siasia is the officer in charge of Accounts and Admin Department. She started her career with City Covenant Insurance Brokers Limited in 2013, after completing her internship training in Poise graduate finishing school from where she was seconded to the Company for her industrial attachment. She was subsequently retained in the Accounts and Admin Department after completing the Industrial attachment.
Miss Siasia is an HND graduate of the Lagos State Polytechnic Isolo. As the officer on the Regulatory/Compliance desk, Helen has attended various seminars organized by NCRIB/NAICOM on NFIU/AML, Harmonization, carve-out and Regulatory requirement for Nigeria Insurance Industry, Contemporary Regulator: Issues in Insurance Broking and many more.
She presently holds a professional certification of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
